11:1 你們該效法我，像我效法基督一樣。
11:2 我稱讚你們，因你們凡事記念我，又堅守我所傳給你們的。
11:3 我願意你們知道，基督是各人的頭；男人是女人的頭；神是基督的頭。
11:4 凡男人禱告或是講道（或作：說預言；下同），若蒙著頭，就羞辱自己的頭。
11:5 凡女人禱告或是講道，若不蒙著頭，就羞辱自己的頭，因為這就如同剃了頭髮一樣。
11:6 女人若不蒙著頭，就該剪了頭髮；女人若以剪髮、剃髮為羞愧，就該蒙著頭。
11:7 男人本不該蒙著頭，因為他是神的形像和榮耀；但女人是男人的榮耀。
11:8 起初，男人不是由女人而出，女人乃是由男人而出。
11:9 並且男人不是為女人造的；女人乃是為男人造的。
11:10 因此，女人為天使的緣故，應當在頭上有服權柄的記號。
11:11 然而照主的安排，女也不是無男，男也不是無女。
11:12 因為女人原是由男人而出，男人也是由女人而出；但萬有都是出乎神。
11:13 你們自己審察，女人禱告神，不蒙著頭是合宜的嗎？
11:14 你們的本性不也指示你們，男人若有長頭髮，便是他的羞辱嗎？
11:15 但女人有長頭髮，乃是她的榮耀，因為這頭髮是給她作蓋頭的。
11:16 若有人想要辯駁，我們卻沒有這樣的規矩，神的眾教會也是沒有的。

11:2 我稱讚你們；因為你們常常記得我，並且遵從我傳授給你們的教訓。
11:3 但是，我希望你們明白，基督是每一個男人的頭；丈夫是妻子的頭；上帝是基督的頭。
11:4 男人在公共場所禱告或宣講上帝信息的時候，要是把頭蒙著就是羞辱基督。
11:5 可是，妻子在公共場所禱告或宣講上帝信息的時候，要是不蒙著頭就是羞辱自己的丈夫。這樣的女人和剃了頭髮的女人沒有甚麼區別。
11:6 女人要是不蒙頭，倒不如剪掉頭髮；既然認為剃頭或剪頭髮是可恥的事，她就應該蒙著頭。
11:7 男人不應該蒙頭，因為他反映上帝的形像和榮耀。但女人是反映男人的榮耀；
11:8 因為男人不是從女人造的，女人卻是從男人造的；
11:9 男人不是為著女人造的，女人卻是為著男人造的。
11:10 為此，因著天使的緣故，女人的頭上應該有權威的記號。
11:11 重要的是：在主裏，男女互相倚賴，彼此需要。
11:12 因為女人是從男人造的，男人是從女人生的，而萬物都是從上帝來的。
11:13 你們自己判斷吧！女人在公共場所禱告不蒙頭是合宜的嗎？
11:14 你們的本性不是指示你們，男人留長頭髮是他的羞辱，
11:15 女人留長頭髮卻是她的榮耀嗎？因為長頭髮可以做女人的遮蓋。
11:16 如果有人要辯駁，我只能說，我們和上帝的諸教會在敬拜的事上沒有其他的規矩。

11:1 Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.
11:2 I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I have delivered them to you.
11:3 But I want you to understand that the
head of every man is Christ, the head of a woman is her husband, and the
head of Christ is God.
11:4 Any man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head,
11:5 but any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled dishonors her head -- it is the same as if her head were shaven.
11:6 For if a woman will not veil herself,
then she should cut off her hair; but if it is disgraceful for a woman
to be shorn or shaven, let her wear a veil.
11:7 For a man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man.
11:8 (For man was not made from woman, but woman from man.
11:9 Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man.)
11:10 That is why a woman ought to have a veil on her head, because of the angels.
11:11 (Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man nor man of woman;
11:12 for as woman was made from man, so man is now born of woman. And all things are from God.)
11:13 Judge for yourselves; is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?
11:14 Does not nature itself teach you that for a man to wear long hair is degrading to him,
11:15 but if a woman has long hair, it is her pride? For her hair is given to her for a covering.
11:16 If any one is disposed to be contentious, we recognize no other practice, nor do the churches of God.
