33:38 以色列人出了埃及地後四十年，五月初一日，祭司亞倫遵著耶和華的吩咐上何珥山，就死在那裡。
33:39 亞倫死在何珥山的時候年一百二十三歲。
33:40 住在迦南南地的迦南人亞拉得王聽說以色列人來了。
33:41 以色列人從何珥山起行，安營在撒摩拿。
33:42 從撒摩拿起行，安營在普嫩。
33:43 從普嫩起行，安營在阿伯。
33:44 從阿伯起行，安營在以耶‧亞巴琳，摩押的邊界。
33:45 從以耶‧亞巴琳起行，安營在底本迦得。

33:51 「你吩咐以色列人說：你們過約旦河進迦南地的時候，
33:52 就要從你們面前趕出那裡所有的居民，毀滅他們一切鏨成的石像和他們一切鑄成的偶像，又拆毀他們一切的邱壇。
33:53 你們要奪那地，住在其中，因我把那地賜給你們為業。
33:54 你們要按家室拈鬮，承受那地；人多的，要把產業多分給他們；人少的，要把產業少分給他們。拈出何地給何人，就要歸何人。你們要按宗族的支派承受。
33:55 倘若你們不趕出那地的居民，所容留的居民就必作你們眼中的刺，肋下的荊棘，也必在你們所住的地上擾害你們。
33:56 而且我素常有意怎樣待他們，也必照樣待你們。」

過約旦河前的指示
33:50 在耶利哥對岸約旦河旁的摩押平原，上主吩咐摩西
33:51 把以下的指示告訴以色列人；他說：「你們渡過約旦河，進入迦南地以後，
33:52 必須把當地居民統統趕出去，把他們的石頭和金屬偶像以及所有崇拜的場所完全摧毀。
33:53 你們要佔領那地，在那裏定居，因為我要把那地賜給你們。
33:54 你們要用抽籤的方法把土地分給各支族各宗族。要把大片的土地給人口多的宗族，小片的土地給人口少的宗族。
33:55 如果你們不把當地的居民趕走，那些留下的人會成為你們的禍患，就像你們眼睛裏的刺、肋旁的荊棘；他們要反擊你們。
33:56 如果你們不把他們趕走，我要毀滅你們，就像我計劃毀滅他們一樣。」

33:38 And Aaron the priest went up Mount Hor at the command of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the people of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.
33:39 And Aaron was a hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.
33:40 And the Canaanite, the king of Arad, who dwelt in the Negeb in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the people of Israel.
33:41 And they set out from Mount Hor, and encamped at Zalmo'nah.
33:42 And they set out from Zalmo'nah, and encamped at Punon.
33:43 And they set out from Punon, and encamped at Oboth.
33:44 And they set out from Oboth, and encamped at I'ye-ab'arim, in the territory of Moab.
33:45 And they set out from I'yim, and encamped at Dibon-gad.
33:46 And they set out from Dibon-gad, and encamped at Al'mon-diblatha'im.
33:47 And they set out from Al'mon-diblatha'im, and encamped in the mountains of Ab'arim, before Nebo.
33:48 And they set out from the mountains of Ab'arim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho;
33:49 they encamped by the Jordan from Beth-jes'himoth as far as Abel-shittim in the plains of Moab.
33:50 And the LORD said to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho,
33:51 "Say to the people of Israel, When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,
33:52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places;
33:53 and you shall take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given the land to you to possess it.
33:54 You shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to a large tribe you shall give a large inheritance, and to a small tribe you shall give a small inheritance; wherever the lot falls to any man, that shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit.
33:55 But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those of them whom you let remain shall be as pricks in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell.
33:56 And I will do to you as I thought to do to them."
