12:12 第二天，有許多上來過節的人聽見耶穌將到耶路撒冷，
12:13 就拿著棕樹枝出去迎接他，喊著說：和散那！奉主名來的以色列王是應當稱頌的！
12:14 耶穌得了一個驢駒，就騎上，如經上所記的說：
12:15 錫安的民（原文作女子）哪，不要懼怕！你的王騎著驢駒來了。
12:16 這些事門徒起先不明白，等到耶穌得了榮耀以後才想起這話是指著他寫的，並且眾人果然向他這樣行了。
12:17 當耶穌呼喚拉撒路，叫他從死復活出墳墓的時候，同耶穌在那裡的眾人就作見證。
12:18 眾人因聽見耶穌行了這神蹟，就去迎接他。
12:19 法利賽人彼此說：看哪，你們是徒勞無益，世人都隨從他去了。

12:12 第二天，一大群到耶路撒冷過節的人聽說耶穌就要進城。
12:13 於是他們拿著棕樹枝出去迎接他，歡呼說：「讚美上帝！願上帝賜福給那位奉主的名而來的！願上帝賜福給以色列的君王！」
12:14 耶穌找到一匹驢，騎上去，正如聖經所記載的：
12:15 錫安城的兒女們哪，不要懼怕。看哪，你們的君王騎著小驢來了！
12:16 起初，他的門徒不明白這事的意義，到了耶穌得了榮耀以後才想起聖經的話是指著他說的，而且他們果然照所說的做了。
12:17 當耶穌呼喚拉撒路，使他從死裏復活，走出墓穴時，跟耶穌在一起的那群人把他們所看見的傳開了。
12:18 許多人因為聽見他行這神蹟，都去迎接他。
12:19 法利賽人彼此說：「我們真是一事無成；你看，全世界都跟他去了！」

12:12 The next day a great crowd who had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.
12:13 So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!"
12:14 And Jesus found a young ass and sat upon it; as it is written,
12:15 "Fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, your king is coming, sitting on an ass's colt!"
12:16 His disciples did not understand this at first; but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that this had been written of him and had been done to him.
12:17 The crowd that had been with him when he called Laz'arus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead bore witness.
12:18 The reason why the crowd went to meet him was that they heard he had done this sign.
12:19 The Pharisees then said to one another, "You see that you can do nothing; look, the world has gone after him."
